Everybody Connects intends to use a secure third-party payment provider to process online financial donations. Once enabled, the payment provider may collect information necessary to process the transaction, such as:

Everybody Connects does not intend to collect full payment-card numbers through its ordinary website forms.

We also record when a form was submitted successfully, using only the type of form and the page address — never what you typed into the form. Google processes this information according to its own policies. If you do not accept analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded.

Submitting one of our forms is not treated as consent to unrelated marketing communications. If a newsletter or marketing subscription is introduced later, it will use a separate opt-in process.
Working with volunteers and professional contributors
Everybody Connects may coordinate qualified volunteers, professionals, businesses, consultants, or other contributors to assist with nonprofit technology projects.
When appropriate for a project, limited information about an organization or request may need to be shared with people being considered for or participating in that work. Information should be shared based on what is reasonably necessary for the project. Sensitive credentials should not be shared through ordinary website forms.
Being a volunteer or service contributor does not automatically provide access to information submitted by organizations.
Third-party services
The website or Everybody Connects' work may rely on third-party services for functions such as:

How our website forms work
- Information you submit through the Get Help, Volunteer, Donate Services, and Contact forms is used to review and respond to your inquiry.
- Everybody Connects does not store form submissions in a separate website database. Form contents are delivered by email to the organization's email systems.
- We use SendGrid to deliver these form emails, including a confirmation sent to the email address you provide.
- We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect and prevent automated abuse of our forms. Turnstile may process technical, browser, and network signals needed for that purpose.
Protecting information
Everybody Connects takes reasonable steps intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Security measures may include appropriate access controls, authentication, system configuration, encryption provided by applicable platforms, software updates, monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the systems involved.
No website, internet transmission, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
How long information may be kept
Form submissions arrive as email in the organization's email systems. Form-related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, manage the resulting relationship, maintain appropriate organizational records, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Everybody Connects may retain other information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational needs. Retention needs may vary depending on the type of information and interaction, and we aim to periodically review information that is no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices and questions about your information
Where applicable, and depending on the circumstances and applicable law, individuals may be able to request that Everybody Connects:
- Provide information about data they previously submitted
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete certain information
- Stop certain communications
Not every request may apply in every circumstance, and some information may need to be retained for legal, security, operational, or recordkeeping reasons.
Children's privacy
The Everybody Connects website is intended primarily for nonprofit organizations, professionals, volunteers, businesses, supporters, and other people interested in the organization's mission. The website is not designed as a service directed specifically to children.

The Everybody Connects website may link to websites and services operated by other organizations. Everybody Connects does not control the privacy practices of those third-party websites.
